“We decided a couple years ago to invest in our company and our future. We couldn’t find any local training facilities or technical schools that taught all the things that we wanted to. Including a customer service aspect of the training. About three years ago we created Honest University. That is what we call it. Upstairs a dedicated training room for people, new hires we get. Now
we invest in people that come in. Or we find those that have the great people skills, great work ethic, moral values, and we invest in them. We teach them the air conditioning in a rigorous training program takes about a year to go through that Honest University class.
